Remote privilege escalation via Vorbis valid-sample overwrite

Out-of-bounds write in Android 9 through 12 Media Framework allows remote attackers to escalate privileges through crafted Vorbis audio. SimpleDecodingSource::doRead copies the kKeyValidSamples value past a heap input buffer when received Vorbis bytes leave insufficient space because the old code does not verify remaining capacity. Exploitation requires no existing execution privileges or user interaction and can execute with elevated Media Framework privileges.
