Code execution via out-of-bounds string hashing

Heap-buffer over-read in SWFTools through 20200710 allows local users to execute code by processing a crafted SWF file with swfdump. In q.c, string_hash reads beyond an 18-byte heap allocation while dict_put hashes a crafted ABC pool string reached through swf_ReadABC. The file must be processed with swfdump; the published demonstration produces an AddressSanitizer abort, while the CVE record identifies code execution as the ultimate impact.
