Local crash via NULL pointer dereference

NULL pointer dereference in SWFTools through 20200710 allows local users to crash pdf2swf by processing a crafted PDF file. The InfoOutputDev::type3D0() path in InfoOutputDev.cc dereferences a NULL pointer at line 880 while pdf2swf processes the supplied document. The attack requires a user to process the file locally; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault that aborts the converter.
