Process crash via recursive malformed PDF parsing

NULL pointer dereference in SWFTools through 20200710 allows local users to crash pdf2swf by processing a crafted PDF file. Parsing the malformed PDF repeatedly recurses through XRef::fetch, Parser::makeStream, and related lookups until grealloc at gmem.cc:156 faults. The user must invoke pdf2swf on attacker-supplied input; the demonstrated consequence is a crash of that conversion process, with no reported data access or code execution.
