Process crash via unchecked WAV subchunk length

Heap buffer over-read in sela through 20200412 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the encoder via a crafted WAV file. WavFile::readFromFile constructs a vector ending at offset plus the untrusted subchunk size without checking that the endpoint remains inside the file buffer. Encoder processing is required; the demonstrated result is an out-of-bounds read and process abort.
