Application crash via malformed JPEG decoding

NULL pointer dereference in libjpeg through 2020021 allows remote attackers to crash an image-processing application via a crafted JPEG. When malformed input omits required SOS and EOI markers, decoding proceeds into region reconstruction, where BlockBitmapRequester::PullQData dereferences a null pointer. The target application must process the attacker-supplied image; successful exploitation terminates that process and interrupts its image-processing service.
