Decoder crash via interleaved scan NULL dereference

NULL pointer dereference in libjpeg through 2020021 allows attackers to crash image decoding with a crafted JPEG file. SampleInterleavedLSScan::ParseMCU() dereferences address zero while parsing an interleaved lossless scan, terminating the decoder process. An application must process the supplied image; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault and service interruption, not data access or modification.
