Cross-site scripting in Qiong ICP EyouCMS 1.5.4 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary script through a crafted email title. The bind_email function accepts the title parameter without sufficient neutralization before incorporating it into web content. Execution requires a user to load the affected output, allowing attacker-controlled code to read or modify data available to that browser context.
