Stored XSS via unescaped ticket title rendering

Stored XSS in django-helpdesk 0.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through a crafted ticket title. The DataTable renderer in helpdesk/templates/helpdesk/ticket_list.html concatenates row.title into an HTML link without entity encoding. Exploitation requires a victim to open the ticket list, where the script runs with that user's application access and can read or alter data available to the session.
