Application crash via stale JPEG error jump

Double free in ImageReadJPEG in DIPlib before 3.1.0 allows attackers to crash a consuming application via a crafted JPEG image. The libjpeg error callback long-jumps to a setjmp target inside a completed JpegInput constructor, causing C++ string storage to be destroyed twice. Exploitation requires a user or consuming workflow to pass an attacker-supplied malformed JPEG to the reader; the demonstrated result is process termination.
