Unauthenticated XSS via folderid parameter
Published Jul 24, 2023 · Updated Oct 24, 2024
Cross-site scripting in SeedDMS 6.0.15 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary web scripts through the folderid parameter. The out/out.DocumentChooser.php endpoint inserts the folderid query value into generated markup without neutralizing injected accesskey and onclick attributes. No authentication is required, but a user must load the crafted request and activate the injected handler, exposing browser-session data or actions.
