Arbitrary file write in DWSurvey v3.2.0 allows remote attackers to write files through the ToHtmlServlet web endpoint. ToHtmlServlet forwards a caller-controlled internal URL, captures the response, and writes it to a caller-controlled save path and filename, enabling disclosure of WEB-INF files and creation of JSP content that executes when requested. The endpoint is network reachable and the published assessment requires no authentication; successful exploitation can expose server files and execute code with the application account's privileges.
