Reflected XSS via dumped POST data
Published Dec 14, 2021 · Updated Feb 14, 2025
Reflected XSS in dpsoft Parsian Bank Gateway for WooCommerce 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through POST data. The rollback-payment.php sample endpoint passes attacker-controlled $_POST values to var_dump(), which emits them into the HTTP response without output encoding. Successful exploitation requires a victim to load the crafted response, allowing script execution in that victim's browser context.
