HTTP request routing bypass in HAProxy allows remote attackers to reach protected resources via malformed HTTP/2 methods. HAProxy accepts a space inside the HTTP/2 :method pseudo-header and forwards the resulting ambiguous request line to an HTTP/1 backend. Exploitation requires HTX-mode HTTP/2 ingress and a lenient HTTP/1 backend parser; the result is rule bypass and routing to an unintended backend.
