Sensitive file disclosure via unrestricted CLI router

Path traversal in Grav 1.7.24 and earlier allows remote attackers to read sensitive server files through the built-in web server. The system/router.php handler concatenates DOCUMENT_ROOT with SCRIPT_NAME and returns matching files directly without blocking sensitive paths. Exposure requires an affected instance to be started with bin/grav server; conventional web-server deployments do not use this router.
