Authenticated raw block disclosure via ACL bypass

Incorrect authorization in Apache Ozone 1.1 allows remote authenticated users to read raw blocks by submitting known block IDs. The Datanode block-read path serves a crafted request for an existing block without enforcing the object's ACL; Apache has not disclosed the affected function or request field. An account and a valid existing block ID are required, and successful access discloses that block's raw data without a reported availability impact.
