Debugging-data disclosure via unprotected internal requests

CSRF in Better Errors before 2.8.0 allows remote attackers to disclose development debugging data through cross-origin internal requests. The middleware's internal_call method parsed request bodies and dynamically dispatched internal methods without validating a CSRF token, while accepting simple-request content types. Exposure requires Better Errors to be enabled in a development application reachable by a victim browser; resulting internal calls can reveal sensitive error-page context.
