CVE-2021-39192Network attack vector

Admin API key disclosure via permissive integration access

Published Sep 3, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024

Information exposure in Ghost 4.0.0 through 4.9.4 allows remote authenticated users to read admin-level API keys via the integrations API. The limits service incorrectly makes the Integration model readable to every authenticated role, causing the endpoint to return privileged keys. Contributor access is sufficient, and exposed keys grant administrator-level API privileges.
