Code execution via tokenless plugin installation requests

CSRF in PagerDuty Rundeck before 3.3.14 and 3.4.0 through 3.4.2 allows remote attackers to run untrusted code through an administrator. The PluginController uploadPlugin and installPlugin endpoints accepted session-authenticated POST requests without validating a form token. Exploitation requires a logged-in user with admin access to the system resource to follow an untrusted link; the server can install attacker-supplied plugin code.
