Unauthenticated Spring Boot console access

Authentication bypass in IBM Storage Defender Copy Data Management 2.2.13 and earlier allows remote attackers to access its Spring Boot console. IBM has not published the affected console endpoint or the authorization check that fails before Spring Boot console access. No credentials or user interaction are required, and exposed management access permits unauthorized console operations with bounded confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact.
