Arbitrary file upload in IBM Engineering Lifecycle Optimization - Publishing allows remote authenticated users to write server-side files. The upload path accepts attacker-controlled files without checking their extensions or declared content types. Access requires authenticated network privileges and user interaction; IBM reports integrity impact only and does not document server-side execution.
