Authenticated code execution via MIME-check bypass

Arbitrary file upload in S-Cart 6.4.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through an IMG upload. The Editor module trusts an image MIME check that crafted magic bytes can satisfy, then writes the PHP-bearing file into a web-accessible content folder. Admin-panel authentication is required; requesting the stored file executes attacker-supplied PHP with the web application's privileges.
