Administrator script execution via unencoded contact message
Published Aug 16, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Stored XSS in Hospital Management System allows remote attackers to execute script in an administrator's browser through the contact form. contact.php stores the txtMsg value in the contact table, and admin-panel1.php emits the saved message into HTML without encoding. No account is required to submit a message, but an administrator or receptionist must open the stored feedback; execution remains within that user's browser context.
