Traffic interception via unenforced MAC anti-spoofing filters

MAC address impersonation in OpenStack Neutron before 16.4.1, 17.0.0 through 17.1.2, and 18.0.0 allows guest OS users to disrupt traffic. The linuxbridge agent uses legacy append-and-delete sequencing for per-port ebtables chains; under ebtables-nft, chain-list errors and rule ordering leave intended MAC filters unenforced. Exploitation requires control of a guest instance attached to a linuxbridge virtual switch on a Netfilter host using ebtables-nft; spoofed frames can interrupt or redirect peer traffic.
