Arbitrary file write in Foxit PDF Reader and PDF Editor before 11.0.1 allows attackers to create local files via submitForm. The submitForm implementation accepts an attacker-chosen destination and writes uncontrolled contents without restricting the resulting file. Successful exploitation requires the vulnerable submitForm path to execute; the resulting capability is bounded to attacker-controlled local file creation.
