CVE-2021-3855Network attack vector

Authenticated command execution

Published Feb 24, 2023 · Updated May 18, 2026

Command injection in HAVELSAN LIMAN Central Management System from 1.7.0 before 1.8.3-462 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. The public record identifies HTTP/Controllers, CronMail, and Jobs as affected modules but does not disclose the input, command-building call, or missing neutralization at a more specific code locus. A low-privileged account and network access are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied commands with the application's privileges and can read, modify, or interrupt managed data and services.
