Memory corruption in affected Firefox, Firefox ESR, and Thunderbird releases allows remote attackers to execute code through crafted content. Mozilla has not disclosed the affected code loci or the incorrect memory operations, beyond reporting evidence of corruption in multiple memory-safety bugs. Exploitation requires user interaction with attacker-controlled content; ordinary message reading in Thunderbird disables scripting, limiting exposure there to browser-like contexts.
