XML entity expansion in Altova MobileTogether Server before 7.3 SP1 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt the service. The InfoSetChanges/Changes field in POST /workflowmanagement accepts a DTD whose recursive entities expand without a resource limit. Access to at least one hosted app is required; anonymous access or default credentials can satisfy that gate when enabled.
