Script execution via unsanitized schedule names
Published Nov 3, 2021 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in Delta Electronics DIALink 1.2.4.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript. The API schedule accepts an attacker-controlled name parameter and later renders it without neutralizing executable script content. Exploitation requires high-privilege authentication and a user to view the stored schedule, exposing or changing data in that user’s browser context.
