Incorrect default permissions in Delta Electronics DIALink 1.2.4.0 and earlier allow local users to modify its installation directory. The installation directory grants extensive access to low-privileged accounts, permitting malicious files to be placed among application files. Exploitation requires a low-privileged local account and can alter DIALink files or introduce attacker-controlled files.
