Daemon crash via repeated same-track SETUP requests

Use-after-free in LIVE555 Media Server before 2021.08.09 allows remote attackers to crash the daemon with successive RTSP SETUP requests. The RTSP track-setup path accesses freed per-track state when the same MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 track is set up twice in succession. The server must expose RTSP and serve one of those media types; the documented result is a daemon crash, not code execution.
