Flow-rule manipulation via incomplete intent comparison

Incorrect comparison in ONOS 2.5.1 allows remote attackers to modify or delete flow rules belonging to other intents. PointToPoint intent rules use only an IN_PORT match and OUTPUT action, and ONOS fails to compare destination context, so a same-path intent overwrites an existing rule. The attacker must submit a new intent sharing an existing intent's path; altered rules can redirect traffic or deletion can disrupt that path.
