Reflected XSS via unescaped PHP_SELF output

Reflected XSS in Rishi On Page SEO + Social Live Chat 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts via a crafted URL. The settings.php page writes the request-controlled $_SERVER["PHP_SELF"] value into HTML without escaping it, causing browser interpretation as script content. A victim must follow the crafted request; the resulting script executes in that user's browser context and can access page data or alter displayed content.
