Reflected XSS via unescaped PHP_SELF path

Reflected XSS in simpleSAMLphp Authentication 0.7.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through crafted request paths. The plugin reflects $_SERVER["PHP_SELF"] from the request path into simplesamlphp-authentication.php output without escaping, allowing markup to enter the response. Exploitation requires user interaction with a crafted URL, and the script executes in the user's browser under the WordPress site's origin.
