LDAP credential disclosure via unauthenticated configuration endpoint

Information disclosure in the Lider module of TÜBİTAK BİLGEM Liderahenk before 2.1.16 allows remote attackers to obtain LDAP credentials via HTTP. Spring Security permits all requests to /lider/config/**, and ConfigController returns stored configuration through GET /lider/config/configurations without a session. Network access to the Lider HTTP service is sufficient; the response exposes reusable LDAP and XMPP credentials, enabling administrative console access and downstream task execution.
