Authenticated arbitrary command execution via shell-interpolated setting

Command injection in Roxy-WI 5.2.2.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary operating-system commands. The get_all_stick_table function interpolates the database-stored haproxy_sock_port setting into a shell command passed to subprocess_execute without validation or quoting. Any authenticated user who can change the setting and trigger the options-page call gains command execution under the web application's account.
