System crash via bucket-size integer overflow

Out-of-bounds write in the Linux kernel through 5.13.8 allows local users to crash the system or execute arbitrary code via BPF. The __htab_map_lookup_and_delete_batch function counts hash-bucket elements, then multiplies bucket_size when sizing a kvmalloc buffer without preventing integer overflow.
