CVE-2021-3814Network attack vector

Information disclosure via invalid-token session fallback

Published Mar 25, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

Missing authorization in Red Hat 3scale API Management before 2.11.0 allows remote attackers to disclose APIdocs information. The APIdocs access-token path fails to reject an invalid token and instead falls back to session authentication. A crafted request needs an invalid token and network reachability to APIdocs; the documented consequence is read-only disclosure.
