Published Aug 5, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Information disclosure in Planview Spigit 4.5.3 allows remote attackers to read sensitive user account data through its REST API. The /api/v1/users/{id} endpoint returns account records, including usernames and email addresses, without enforcing authentication or intended visibility controls. No credentials or user interaction are required, and enumerating numeric user identifiers exposes records for other accounts.
