Arbitrary file disclosure via unsolicited local-file request

Arbitrary file disclosure in ruby-mysql before 2.10.0 allows remote attackers controlling a MySQL server to read client files. Protocol#get_result treats any response packet with a nil field count as a LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE request and opens the server-supplied filename without checking that local-file transfer was enabled or initiated. The client must connect to the malicious server and issue a query; disclosed content is limited to files readable by the client process.
