Arbitrary file overwrite via drive-relative path traversal

Path traversal in npm node-tar 4.4.17 and earlier, 5.0.0 through 5.0.9, and 6.0.0 through 6.1.8 allows local users to overwrite files. The extraction path logic passes drive-relative entry names to path.resolve and fails to reject two-dot segments immediately following a drive letter. Exploitation requires a Windows process to extract an attacker-controlled archive; writes can escape the target directory and enable code execution.
