Heap disclosure via unchecked negative Gather indices

Out-of-bounds reads in Google TensorFlow before 2.3.4, 2.4.0 through 2.4.2, and 2.5.0 allow local users to read heap data. TFLite's Gather and GatherNd kernels accept negative indices without validating them before calculating heap offsets, so model execution accesses memory outside the input tensor. Exploitation requires the target process to execute a crafted TFLite model, and the documented consequence is disclosure of heap contents rather than modification or service interruption.
