Process crash via unchecked integer divisor tensor

Divide by zero in Google TensorFlow TFLite Div before 2.3.4, 2.4.0 through 2.4.2, and 2.5.0 allows local users to crash a process. The Eval path in tensorflow/lite/kernels/div.cc passes Int32 and UInt8 divisor elements to division without first rejecting zero values. Local users able to control a divisor tensor can trigger an arithmetic exception that terminates the hosting process; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
