Process-memory disclosure via unchecked tensor lengths

Out-of-bounds read in Google TensorFlow before 2.3.4, 2.4.0 through 2.4.2, and 2.5.0 allows local users to read process memory. SimpleBinaryOp::Compute passes mismatched flattened inputs to the Eigen functor because it does not verify that both tensors contain the same number of elements. A local low-privilege user must supply unequal-length inputs to a nonbroadcasting binary cwise operation; execution then reads beyond heap bounds, exposing process memory or terminating the process.
