Heap data disclosure via incomplete shape validation

Heap out-of-bounds read in Google TensorFlow before 2.3.4, 2.4.0 through 2.4.2, and 2.5.0 allows local users to read data via malformed shapes. ResourceScatterUpdate accepts indices and updates whose element counts divide evenly without verifying that the indices shape prefixes the updates shape, then reshapes updates and reads beyond its heap allocation. The flaw is reached only when local code can invoke the raw operation with incompatible tensor shapes; the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of adjacent heap data.
