Database shutdown via propagated socket accept errors

Denial of service in Skytable before 0.6.4 allows remote attackers to shut down the database server via malformed TCP or TLS connections. The TCP and TLS listener run loops propagate accept errors with Rust’s question-mark operator, so an incomplete TLS handshake or crafted packet exits the loop instead of continuing. No authentication or user interaction is required, and a low-bandwidth request can stop the entire database service.
