Unauthenticated affiliation-list disclosure via permissive MUC logic

Information disclosure in Prosody 0.11.0 through 0.11.9 allows remote attackers to read affiliation lists for known MUC rooms. The MUC logic in muc.lib.lua treats the room's whois=anyone setting as sufficient authorization and returns addresses for admins, members, owners, and banned entities to unaffiliated requesters. Exploitation requires a non-anonymous room on a vulnerable server and knowledge of its address; the consequence is disclosure of affiliated Jabber/XMPP identities.
