Utility crash via overflowing semaphore allocation count

Integer overflow in util-linux 2.37.1 and earlier allows local users to trigger a buffer overflow through oversized semaphore data. In get_sem_elements() in sys-utils/ipcutils.c, an unchecked uint64 semaphore count reaches calloc(), where conversion to size_t can wrap the allocation size before element processing. Triggering requires an unrealistically large value derived from /proc/sysvipc/sem and another user to invoke the utility; upstream states that glibc blocks the overflow and disputes any practical impact.
