Unauthenticated admin access via hardcoded JWT secret

Improper authentication in Apache ShenYu Admin 2.3.0 through 2.4.0 allows remote attackers to access its dashboard with forged JWTs. ShiroRealm trusts the JWT issuer to select a dashboard user while a shared HMAC key is shipped in application.yml, allowing attackers to sign tokens for existing users. No credentials or user interaction are required; a forged token grants the selected user's administrative permissions.
