Authenticated SQL command execution via unsanitized index
Published Aug 3, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
SQL injection in Centreon before 20.04.14, 20.10.8, and 21.04.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL commands. The generateImage.php endpoint inserts the index parameter into a database query without server-side sanitization, so appended SQL changes query behavior. Low-privileged access is sufficient, and a demonstrated time-delay payload establishes database-query control through the web interface.
